Aha Organizing Policies

Payment may be made by check (payable to Aha Organizing), credit card or cash. There will be a $35.00 charge for any returned checks as well as any additional bank charges.
You are responsible to pay for the agreed-upon supplies necessary for the completion of the project. Those charges will be included on a separate invoice.
Proper consideration regarding cancellations and appointment changes is expected. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the scheduled session.
For the safety of the professional organizer, your pets need to kenneled, in another room with the door closed or outside during our session. It’s not uncommon for dogs to be protective of your property and may react negatively to a stranger who is rearranging and moving your items.
Clients are asked to remove and secure firearms and other “private” personal items from work areas prior to the professional organizer’s arrival for the scheduled appointment.
Donation drop off can be provided by Aha Organizing. This would include one load per session. We are also able to make recommendations or arrangements for trash removal or shredding services.
Photos of your space will only be shared with your written permission.
Suggestions regarding procurement or retention of legal, financial, and accounting documents may be made by the organizer to expedite the organizing process. However, all final decisions regarding these documents should be made by your personal CPA, Attorney or Financial Advisor.
Aha Organizing, LLC is a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers (NASMM) and is bound by the Code of Ethics of both associations.
Any physical changes or verbal content expressed during the course of the project will remain confidential and will not be shared with outside parties, unless required by law or with express consent.
