Why hire a Professional Organizer?

A professional organizer will not only help get you organized but she will also encourage you to be more mindful in taking steps to reach your goal of living an organized life. A reputable organizer will work alongside you while holding you accountable for the decluttering and moving forward in the process. If it becomes overwhelming, she can help you breakdown the project into manageable pieces.

What is Move Management?

Move Management is the profession that assists adults, individuals, and families with right sizing, relocation or simplifying their homes. Move Managers can help with developing an overall move plan, organizing, sorting, downsizing, and arranging for the profitable disposal of unwanted items. Move Managers can also interview, schedule, and oversee the moving company. Related services such as arranging shipments and storage, cleaning, and waste removal are also available.

Do you bring all your organizing containers and products with you?

I will use items that you already have assuming they are products that fit our solution. If we determine that we need additional organizing products, you can purchase the items yourself, or I can source them for you. I charge a $75 flat rate for my time to purchase any products and I will manage the return of any of those items. All product purchases will require your approval. I will invoice you for reimbursement for any of the additional products used for the project.

Move Managers have significant expertise in resources and approaches that save money, reduce stress, and produce quality results. The services offered are personalized to meet the client's needs and preferences. They will create a timeline of the move and all the action items to complete a successful move. That continuity makes the move easier.

How will your organizing system help me to stay organized?

I will provide a Maintenance Plan to support your newly organized space. We will schedule two week and six week follow-up calls. Together, we will review the Maintenance Plan and discuss what’s working and what’s not working and I’ll provide some different options.

What is your service area?

I work in the Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area of the Low Country in South Carolina. If you are outside this area please give me a call or send me an email to discuss your specific needs and timeline. During that complimentary call, we will discuss and review your organizing concerns and goals and determine the best course of action.
