Organizing Process

Getting Started with Aha Organizing

• Schedule a complimentary introductory call

• At AhaOrganizing.com on the Contact page complete the form and click “Submit” to access our scheduling calendar and book your call

• I will call you on the date and time at the number you have provided

Introductory Call

• During our call we will discuss your project, the timeline, and overall organizing goals

• I’ll will ask various questions to get clarity around your project

• Once you determine you’d like to move forward, then the next step is to schedule an on-site consultation appointment

  • The cost to book this session is $100 and is paid prior to scheduling your appointment

    • The Aha Organizing Plan of Action that details the steps to organize your space will be emailed after the appointment

On-Site Consultation Appointment

• We’ll review in greater detail the project areas we discussed during our call

• Together we’ll look over the areas and with your permission, I’ll take photos and measurements

• We will review who uses the area, the key activities in the space and your budget

• Look for a follow-up email with my Plan of Action on the detailed steps to take in organizing your space

Client Engagement Options

• One on One - we work together to incorporate my Plan of Action for your space

  • Utilize The 5 Steps to Organizing by SolutionsForYou, Inc. to complete your project

  • A Maintenance Plan will be provided to support your newly organized space

• DIY – using my Plan of Action you take the steps to organize your space

Organizing Packages

The Aha Organizing Packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Payment for the organizing packages is paid in full by credit card at the time of purchase. Ideally it is best to schedule sessions in two-, four-, or six- hour blocks.
